You need to get the book "High Trust Selling" by Todd Duncan. It's awesome. I have learned so many new things to do to seperate myself from my competition. This book is great.

Also, a buddy of mine loaned me his copies of a Brian Buffini seminar on CD and it too is great. The two go hand in hand it what they teach about bringing value to your clients with a personal touch and not always just a business touch. It's a lot of the same stuff people have done but it's more specific.

Anyways, I think if anyone is in sales they can benefit from this book and these CD's. I'm not exactly in sales, but the referral recognition stuff is much better than what I've been doing. You may be a mechanic, but you can use these things to make sure you get more referrals from the clients you currently have.
