      Had my sinus surgery this morning and it isn't as bad as I expected. Still gonna be out of the gym for a couple of weeks, but I could use the rest anyway. It's still gonna mess with my head though.

      my 22 year old cousin had it done and turned out really bad, and took months to recover. But within the next year my 78 year old grandmother had the same surgery done and was fine within a couple of weeks.

      I probably need to get that done. I have horrible sinus stuff all the damn time. I'm always congested. I'm just to lazy to spend the time to go see the doc. Well, I'm not lazy, I just don't want to. LOL

      Wait till they pull all the packing out. That was the worst part for me. Recovery was quick though.
      Best thing I ever did to, I had it done a little over a year ago, I would get sinus infections any time I would get congested. Haven't had one since.
      Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups

      i had a deviated septum repaired i thought the same thing the next day that it wasnt so bad. the 3rd day after i was way wrong. it hurt so bad. if i didnt set my alarm clock for 5 hours after my last pain pill i would wake up in terrible pain and have to wait until the next one kicked in.

      good luck its a horrible thing but worth it in the long run

      I've been keeping sinus infections for a while now and just been putting it off. I had a deviated septum, and some pretty bad inflamation throughout the sinus cavity that had to be scraped out.
