      what about feedback on it, what did you all think? 1-10, how would you rate it based on effects you were expecting. like if you were expending additional leanness and vascularity, was it a 10 or a 2?

      i ran 500 for 24 weeks. weeks 12-24 were great. i felt better and got harder with a little more vascularity.
