Prohormone PCT question

TweetI've been reading alot about PCT of people who took real steroids and was wondering if maybe i did my PCT wronge when i took prohormones a couple of times. What i did was after a 4 week cycle i would start nolvadex at 60mcg then go down to 20mcgs in a 2 week period... but i always lost alot of my gains. Ive read about clomid and nolva working well together, but what doses should someone take after a cycle of prohormones? Do you even need both of them? What do yall think?

TweetTreat your prohormone cycle just like a real steroid cycle. Since prohormones are now illegal just like steroids, you may not get a next time with them unless you got a stock pile. I only take nolva if my nips start getting itchy or feel any lumps in them, otherwise I wait til the end of my cycle to take nolva. Thats all i got for ya, im too tired to think...lol

TweetPH's shut you down just as hard as the real thing will...some even harder. Clomid is an absolute must if your going to be doing any type of steroid imo, and ph's are definitely steroids. I've always followed the standard protocol of 300mgs the first day, 100mgs for two days or so, and then 50 for the remaining days in a month's time. I would also include nolva, but that is for preventing estrogen rebound and estrogen related side effects. The doses you were talking about sound good, but you need to extend it to about 30 days or so if you want complete recovery. Something like 60 the first week, 40 the second week, and then 20 for two more weeks. You could also add Bulgarian tribulus, which is pretty inexpensive and it will help your libido and help get your hormones back to normal. Remember to always treat PH's as steroids
