Couple questions about Hydroxycut and Xenadrine
TweetDo taking either of these products take away any muscle mass? Why is it when I took Hydroxycut once before, my forearms stayed sore and my strength decreased?
One more question, which is the better of the two?????
Tweetwhich one is better is personal preference....i go with xenedrine because you take less caps a day and get the same amount of the combination. plus isn't hydroxcut getting rid of the ephedra based one? i take eca right now since i am cutting and it helps my energy in the gym not decrease it
TweetI'm a big Xenadrine freak, not to to mention QV gear too. Like bigjim said, you take less than any other one out there and get the same results. I went from 8 caps a day to 6 now.

TweetMy diet wasn't at its' best when I took it. I was also taking creatine with it. Maybe I wasn't drinking enough water. Now, I'm really loading up on the protein and have cut out my beer drinking. Maybe that'll help!!!
Tweeti have read that taking creatine and eca together diminishes the effects...i am not sure where i read it but it was an article so maybe someone else will be able to point you in the right direction

Tweeti like charge, by labrada. but i did get a good result from hydroxycut. yes they are discontinuing it and coming out with an ephedra free version.

TweetI experianced some strength loss with ECA. If you sre cutting it is hard to keep all of your strenght. You can keep it to a minimum By eating very good and high protien.I like to throw creatine in too. Some people do some dont . I think it hinders a little but IMO the gains outweigh the down side. I like Xenadrine better than Hydroxycut. Stacker 3 is my fav.
