      Unhappy dieting sucks

      i'am very tried and very sleepy ....i get sleepy at work, and i cramp up most of the time..my strenght went down and i hate dieitng...I WANT TO BE FATTTTTTTTTTTTTT WHALLLLLLLLE FILLLLLLLLLED WTTTTTTTTTT WATERRRR AGAIIIIIIIN

      well i want a more slower fat loss so i keep my muscle mass for contest day i guess. but yes it does suck indeed. but wife cooks all of my meals
