TweetI don`t know whats with my lower back..but I`ve had some minor pains for a long..long time now..
When I was alot younger I used to squat with heavier weights (without a belt) which def. did put alot of pressure on my lower back discs..
If I`m standing up for a long time.. the pain gets to me..
Can I eliminate this somehow..or professional help like a chiropractor would be needed ??
Also... doing lower back extensions will this improve this at all.
