Worst restaurant ever!!!!!!

Tweetok...My girl and i last night wanted to go out to eat and she couldnt make up her mind where, so we ended up going to Applebee's (never been there before). So we got a table sat down and looked at the menus. So i see honey grilled chicken w/potatos, salad and string beans or some shit like that. The waiter comes a i tell him what i want plus i ask him if i could get a side order of fried shrimp. He's like OK no prob. Now my girl orders, Applebee's fijata (sp) special. Now, first of all it took like 45mins to get that shit ready, plus the waiter didn't bring us eating utenisls, so we're just like sitting there and staring at the food (and let me tell you the chicken looked GREAT). I got someone else to get us the knifes and forks and I dug in. I took the first bite and i thought i was going to throw up right there in fornt of the ppl that were there. It was nasty, the sauce on that chicken was like alcochol mixed with soy sauce, no where close to HONEY. Also the extra shrip that he brought, there were like only 5 of them on a plate just as big as the one i was eating from. I just ended up eating the shrimp, potato and string beans and some of my girl's chicken from the fijata. I was so hungry and pissed that we ended going up to Wendy's and i got 2 grilled chickens and ate just the chicken. I'm never going to that place again!!!!!

TweetLOL - this reminded me of V-day this past Friday night. My wife, her parents, her sister, her sisters kids, and my own child went out to eat. We went to a restaurant that had just changed ownership, but previously was awesome.

We had reservations, but still had to wait 30mins past to get seated. Once seated it took our server 20mins to see if we wanted something other than our own saliva to drink.

15mins later - drinks came.

Our order took 50mins to get to us, and it came in spurts, so only parts of our group were served at any one time. LOL

But, I'm a trooper, so I persevered.

I ordered a beef and bean burrito grande. It engulfed me with visions of golden spiced beef highlighted by beans in a soft tortilla wrap.

It was pure bean paste highlighted by an elusive kernal of ground beef scrapings.

When everyone was done, and my dissected meal lay before me, our server finally showed again. I explained to him that I was dissatisfied with my meal, and I wished it removed from my ticket. In a special high school way, he said "Why?", while giving me the 'I dare you to say anything bad' gaze.

Almost 3 hours later, we left, me still hungry. I will return some evening this week, and firebomb the place. Think of it as my own 'customer service'.
