Today I Finished off my workout with heavy BB shrugs and my lower back at my tailbone got a little tweeked. It happened on my second set and i didn't stop until i was finished (6 sets of 4) . About 20 minutes later after carbing up and having my protien i get out of my chair to go shower. My back is sore as hell! anyways, i hit the showers and turn on the high pressure massage thing. it feels freaking great and i basicly fall asleep as it works out my wrenched back and prop knot in the glute on the same side from last night ( yeah, i'm not cycling right now but felt the need lol) So, dumbass Nate realizes that hes been in the shower WAY to long and turns around to turn off the shower. Well, the high pressured stream of water was not in a good place and when i turned around that damn thing hit me right in the head of my dick! Holy good god it freakin' hurt like hell! almost as if it wanted to rip that damn thing right off! Fuck was i ever in pain! so, we all know that pain triggers a punch, right? haha, the shower head is no more....i beat its ass!

Now i sit here whimperring like a beaten dog with my tail between my legs ...
