Creatine pills?

TweetIve been taking creatine pills mainly because its more convenient then mixing up and drink and easier to take at school.. but i was wondering why more people dont use the pills or is the drink mix kind better

buffered creatine and/or monohydrate in cap form is just dumb IMO you still have to take a stupid amount

Tweeti started taking it and im noticing gains and i dont kno if its the gains or i started workign out after school around 4o clock it used to be at 7 so maybe my test levels are higher but w.e it is i like it ;p

btw the pills i take come with 140pills, 7 per serving,5grams creatine, for 9.87 @wal-mart looks like a plastic capsules with pure creatine powder inside

7g of monohydrate won't really do jack...your body will only use something like .5-1.5g at the very MOST
