TweetWhen you are trying to lean out/cut up, what do you do before and after your workouts. I'm only a couple more weeks away from maybe starting to add some more lean tissue, so wanted you advice.

For instance, I try not to eat for a couple hours before the workout and then down 50 gr whey immediately after the lift. On cardio mornings, I obviously will be on empty stomach and the have a post w/out.
But what do you do before and after your workouts when you are trying to lose bodyfat?

Tweetthis way I'm using the existing bodyfat for my energy source during my workout. Then when I'm done, I replenish my muscles with a small source of simple sugar and 50 gr whey.
