Tweetok im 18, will be 19 in a few weeks and im just shy of 5'8". Ive been workin out solidly for 2 yrs. I weighed 143lbs @ like 10%BF, my senior yr, basically a yr ago. I weigh 192-196 (fluctuates from day to day) now at 15% BF. Ive been bulkin like crazy, makin small weight gains, but not as quick as they were. Anyway im stuck between clean bulkin up to 205-210 then cutting down till i get to about 8%BF which would put me at around 190. Or cuttin now. I mean i like lookin big, but want the six pack back, but i know if i keep bulkin then cut ill look 10lbs bigger, which is pretty significant. Im also lackin in motivation and energy, its more phsycological, cause i do eat enough and sleep enough....so what is yall opinion and also what do yall do for motivational boosts and energy boosts, ive never really taken anythin but creatine and protein shakes, would yall recomend any other supps?
