      Glutamine = absolutely nothing.

      Flax oil is rich in essential fatty acids (omega 3, 6 and 9) and to make a long story short, EFAs play on testosterone levels, over all performance, energy, recovery, etc. A very cheap and highly effective product. A must on all supplement lists....

      and the New York Times raves "Flax oil is the feel good supplement of the year"

      I've been taking Fish Oil gel caps (Wal-Mart, Spring Valley) for my OMega 3's. They are a little pricey for how many you get. I looked around for Flax Oil in bulk and didnt see any. All I could find were Flax Oil gel caps as with the Fish Oil. Where can I get some good quality oil to add to shakes and so on?

      Wrong. Glutamine is proven insufficient for fitness application. See thread link above.
