TweetHow old are you?
TweetIt's been 12 weeks since I finished my last cycle, which was 8 weeks of 100mg test prop/50 mg tren ace everyday. It was the first time I ran tren. I ran HCG at low dosages throughout the 8 weeks, so I had no problems with shrinkage, and I ran my PCT like I always do with clomid and massive amounts of Bulgarian tribulus.
Now, here's the problem: I still feel really shut down right now. I've run test before (in the form of Omnadrens) so I don't think it was the prop that's making my recovery difficult . . . . . it would have to be the tren, right? Right now, my libido isn't where it should be, and I constantly have this strange feeling in my chest, I guess around my lungs. Also, I just started having insomnia a couple of days ago, and when I do sleep, I just can't get that deep sleep that leaves you refreshed the morning after, know what I mean?
Has anyone here had recovery problems with tren like I'm experiencing? I'd appreciate any advice you bros can give me.
TweetHow old are you?
TweetI'm 25 yrs old. Other relevant info: I'm 5'10", 200 lbs. Also, the tren ace and test prop were both home-brewed using powders that I had tested . . . . . . both came out to 96% pure.
TweetHow long was your PCT? It should include HCG along with clomid. I recently finished an 8 month cycle (tren, prop, enanth, cyp, d-bol not all at once though) and it has taken a good month and a half to feel like I'm gettin back to normal. Libido may take some time to recover. The sleep pattern you mention is odd. I have real trouble sleeping when I'm on. If you keep having trouble sleeping try melatonin or Valerian Root. The chest condition is unfamilar to me. Usually I get the 'tren cough' after administration, but it passes. It may just take you a little more time to fully return to normal.

TweetThanks for clarifying that. That's always a tricky issue. So many sources say run em together and others say individually. I guess whatever works best for you.Originally Posted by president_fad
TweetTry some melatonin or the ZIMA before bedtime. Have you had your cholesterol and bp checked? I personally wouldn't run trib as a part of pct, as it is an herb and can counter act the effect of clomid. If you have no atrophy, is your volume normal?? I would do this... make sure you have a good multi-vit, then supplement with a good Vit-C at least 1000mg ed, saw palmetto 600mg ed, zinc an extra 50mg ed, and get some NAC at least 600mg ed if not 1200mg, this has been shown to aid in cell recovery and in spermatoza. If you have extra clomid run a low dosage of 50mg for three wks, and if you can get add 25mg ed of proviron for the three wks along with the clomid. It can take quite awhile for some to recover from tren, up to 6months, but you eventually will. Also watch your diet, low in sat/trans fats and avoid simple sugars they are bad for the ldl cholesterol, and eat lean if you eat meat, poultry, fish. Dark green veggies are the best, like spinach, broccoli, aspargus, greens. If you can't get your daily amount you can get powdered greens at a vitamin store.
TweetThanks for the responses. Do you guys think that the problem may be that I didn't address the prolactin and progesterone effects tren has on the body? I mean, I've read that a lot of people run bromocriptine (Parlodel) or cabergoline (Dostinex) or vitamin B6 along with their tren cycles to control prolactin, but I didn't do any of that. Those same people said that if you don't control prolactin/progesterone during a cycle, it can have a negative impact on your HPTA, and thus make recovery that much harder, because the standard PCT compounds (clomid/nolvadex) don't address prolactin/progesterone. Any thoughts?
Tweetpersonally i didnt feel that shut down from tren but i ran 75mg eod along with test. i would try tribulis and zma that will help with libido. the chest thing i would get looked at by a Dr.
