what does your diet look like? How much protein are you taking in? Eating big makes you big. How is your rest? How often are you working out? are you maybe overtraining? give us what your routine looks like. We have very very VERY knowledgeable bros on this board. I want to get the basics from you to give you better advise. Welcome to FG btw.

i tend to eat alot, my diet is in place already and always has been, i had huge grow spurts over last year or so, but have since stopped. at a point where i am lifting eavier and heavier but not gaining.

My rest is ideal, minimum 8hours p/night
i train correctly also, split muscle groups
      eg mon - back
tues - light routine on legs(prob with knees)
      wed-chest and biceps
      thurs- shoulders/triceps
      fri - rest/boxing(cardio)
      sat - football
      sun-rest

personally this is about as much training as i am able to fit in due to work commitments etc. I have a steady workout in palce but also try and alternate so my body doesnt just get used tothe same routine week in week out. whats supps are best for quick improvements in size? my strenghth gains genrally and honestly come naturally, belief and correct techniques allow me to lift bigger, but i dont get bigger! HELP

Best supplements basic is a good multi-vit, i use Centrum which i know is cheap, but i also us NSP Nutritions vit-pak, also i take ed, saw palmetto for the prostate, red yeast rice for lowering cholesterol, echinaciea (sp), 1500mg Vit-C, NAC, and an EFA cap 1000mg. Liv-52 and milk thistle while on. Of course the protein and i take AMPED by Met-RX during workouts. Btw, i have taken the animal paks and NSP is better and less pills to take, lol!

Getting bigger also requires you do the right exercises. You said knee problems, right? Just how bad are your knees that you can do boxing and football but you can't train legs? That makes no sense to me. If you can't train legs heavy, you can't be very effective at football, IMO.

Squats and deadlifts are the two most importanat exercises when trying to build mass. If you always train legs light then you can forget about any serious muscle mass, that's just the way it works. Squats and deads are so intense and they call on so many motor units that it forces your body to release more GH and test. These are essential to growth.

I personally have never seen a person who lifted poorly on legs ever accomplish any serious muscle mass. Do you do squats and deadlifts? How much do you use on those exercises? If you aren't doing them, then that's why your progress has stopped. If you aren't training them hard, then that's why your progress has stopped.

The strawberry shakes make you fat, the chocolate ones though, they make you huge because of the growth factor in chocolate.
