      Ive been lifting for the last 10 years now im 28 years old, 5'8, 210 pounds. ive also been on and off with the sauce for the last 5-6. These are my plans for this summers cycle critiques wanted.

      Bulking cycle:
      weeks
      1-6 30mg methanabol every day
      1-8 400mg Deca every week
      1-8 750mg Sust every week
      1-10 .25mg Arimedex every day
      1-10 300-500ius HCG every 4-5 days
      weeks
      11 40mg nolva/100mg clomid
      12 30mg nolva/ 50mg clomid
      13 20mg nolva/ 50 mg clomid
      14 OFF
      15 OFF
      16 Beggining of Cutting Cycle:
      Weeks
      1-13 10mg nolva
      1-16 .25mg Arimedex EOD
      1-8 3000-5000ius HCG every 4th week
      1-8 100mg Prop EOD
      1-8 75mg Tren EOD
      1-8 50mg Winny Every Day
      1-10 50mg Proviron Every Day

      I don't like how your running the hcg. Id run it 500IU sat/sun thru the deca cycle. Also, why are you starting pct so late after your cutting cycle. Id start it no later than wk 11, as the aas will have cleared by then. Id also extend both pcts one wk longer, especially running deca and tren you will need a full recovery. Just my input.

      In the bulking phase I would run the sust and deca at least 10 weeks personally I would go 12.

      And I agree with mick on the pct and hcg usage.
      Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups

      I agree^I mean what you have will prob work, but the aas won't even fully kick in till wk 4, so you will only have about 4 good wks of good aas use. Most ppl run the deca cycle for 12 wks. Also you need to start pct at wk 13 not 11. Stop the deca and sust at the same time and start pct 3wks after your last injects.

      Not much of a bulker if u're runing gear for 2 months AND running anti-es and AIs during the cycle... do you wanna get bigger or not what gives

      I can see him wanting to use the ldex @.25 during the deca cycle, but i don't think there is a need to run the nolva during the cutting cycle. Just keep the nolva on hand just in case.

      U cant go wrong with Test and Deca but i agree with the others. I personally dont run deca unless i have enuf for 16 weeks.
      Why the bulker them the cutter? I was under the impression that the longer your body held onto a weight the more likely you were to maintain it. Why add mass then strip it off right afterwards?
