Tweetwell ive finally decided to get back into shape....ive been in college for 1 and a half years now and it is taking its toll haha
im almost 20 and am 6'1" 200lbs so pretty much a good base to start from. i was in pretty decent shape throughout high school and i have been lifting on and off since then but now i have decided to get more serious about it and start getting big. my main goal is to pretty much just look good with a shirt off. get rid of some of the fat and get some pretty good muscle.
ill be searching a lot to try to learn as much as i can and make this stick
