Anyhow Im on 500mg test and 400 mg deca every week for about 4ish weeks now. Before on cycles I thought I was getting gyno and being paranoid but this time Im pretty sure because they really hurt. The day they started hurting I started taking 40mg of Nolva ED and it has helped some. Is there anything else I should take or anything I can take for damage I might have done? I dont want ***** tits or even puffy nips ever......Thanks

Tweeti got gyno symptoms off a test deca cycle and hit 20mg nolva a couple days and nothing, then someone told me to do 80 mg a day til it stopped and it was gone in 2 days. and never came back. I do use arimidex now too.

TweetWell, the best thing to do is prevent any progression by taking Nolva with Proviron or Nolva with Arimedex or Nolva with Aroma. Then, after your cycle, continue to take the Nolva and Proviron until gone. It's easier to get rid of gyno while OFF, from what I've been told.
