      Caught something the day before yesterday and now I'm full blown ILL with bodyaches, snot, headache, chest congestion, fever, etc. I'm supposed to head over to my parents with the rest of my family today and I'm gonna be miserable. This is what I hate about this time of year, and all it takes is some dipshit to sneeze on you and its all over, no matter how many times you wash your hands a day.

      Thanks guys. Yesterday I was very bad off, didnt even make it to my parents to enjoy Christmas with the family. My girlfriend did come over though and brought me some chicken noodle soup and some ginger ale, bless her. She is great. Today I'l still a little feverish but nothing like yesterday. I've been taking a gram of Vit C every few hours plus 1800 mgs of NAC each day and it seems to be helping a lot.

      Well I definately had some form of the flu, but it has subsided greatly as of right now. I took a shitload of nyquil last night and slept for 12 hours and my fever broke sometime during the night. Hopefully it'll stay gone and not fire back up like it did yesterday afternoon (102). So much for lifting this week.

      Im just gettin' over the same thing bra, missed two weeks of the gym and a week of kempo. But yeah chicken soup (homemade), ginger ale, and some zinc will do wonders for ya. Hope you feel better my friend !

      Got chicken soup going right now, and bought some more zinc yesterday along with some ginger ale too. I havent had the flu in probably 12 years so I'm kindof being a poooooooo ceeeeeeeee about it cause I'm not used to it.
