TweetAt what age is someone considered elite?
TweetFor the naturals, newbies or people who might be in my past posistion:
As some of you may know already I started gear too young 1 cycle at 18 a half one at 19(took low dosages and an "exotic roid"(which is a whole nother can of worms, but i will never in my life endorse an exotic roid again) came off early, didnt keep a thing), and at a stage where my diet and training werent optimal..What i mean by not optimal my bench, and deads were....PRETTY WEAK... Probably was 25 lbs away from being close to my genetic limit as well. I ran a cycle and a half, gained some decent weight, kept some when came off, got bloodwork done and THANK GOD i had no health problems...
However, I came to senses and realized I was jumping the gun and being stupid so I decided to scrap the gear and hire IA instead. I knew i was just selling myself short in the long run. I was actually on my way coming of from my little dinky half cycle with a girly roid (masteron) and test... But anyway, IA and I worked together for about 4 or 5 months and right now and training much better and dieting much better. I am just now starting to put on some weight naturally and gaining more strength every week..
Anyway, the point is the time I am ready to go back on gear I will see MUCH MORE benefit than I will when I wasnt training/dieting as well as I could... I see many posts from guys who are under aged, VERY WEAK, or VERY UNDER SIZED (not even close at all to their potential) for going on gear... Gear is for elite lifters.... What really amazes me whens omeone posts a question posin help for his DIET and TRAINING and hes already on gear? VERY STUPID.!!!!!!
Either way, I would like to get the point across to newbies or people in my past situation; gear is not what you think it is, it's not a miracle what so ever. if your diet and training , strength, and genetic size arent where the should be for gear, u're selling yourself short and you'll thank yourself 10 fold in the long run for making the better choice.
TweetAt what age is someone considered elite?
TweetWell, you could be elite at any age.. Ive seen some younger people have HUGE lifts and good size but for healths sake 25 is optimal and some would argue 21. I think by 21 if your sstrength or there it becomes a super a decision where you have to put serious thought into it and make.
TweetSo in your opinion, anabolic use is dependent on whether you have reached your genetic potential or close to it naturally?
TweetYup, for the most part b/c generally people who arent close to their genetic limit aren't properly schooled in diet/training... You will see it on the boards all the time peopel still ask questions while on cycle how much protein they should take something they should of been doing for awhile.
I very honestly believe that right now I would be the same exact weight if I trained like I did now and never took the plunge.. maybe even more
Tweetam 20 now
5'8'' i weighed 195 yestarday, i am lean.. after my last cycle i got up to 200 but dropped down to 190..... i started at 140...used gear at 175..got to 190 on gear... If i get to 200 and my #s are satisfiable i will use again....unti then im having a great time trying to get my #s up....not such a great time getting slow natty gains tho lol
TweetI agree with you. It amazes me how guys think that a steroid can compensate for lack of a complete bodybuilding lifestyle (consistent training, dieting and resting.) But I think that steroid use should really be reserved for the bodybuilder that will take it to a level where it could become their career or business. Why risk your health for a few quick pounds that will do nothing but diminish as you get older? Also nobody really knows long term effects of steroid use, say 20 years after use. Its never really been studied. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against its use but I think that people should really think hard about it before using it.Originally Posted by Skarhead
TweetI'll agree... Just like that guy posted awhile ago. He couldnt get bigger so to make up for his diet he thought gear was the answer. Honest mistake, but he'll learn hopefully.
TweetI think it's pretty funny that most people think they r going to look like a BBer once they inject, u will metamorphis into Inc. HULK. Or some fat pudge will just think that 1 cycle will give him a magazine look. DIP SHITS!

TweetThis is why diet is 70% in terms of building a great physique, everything else falls under the other 40%.
TweetExcellent post Skar, I am glad you have been so smart about this...
TweetI've been surfing the boards for a few years now and learn something new damn near everyday. I'm 35 now and in better shape as far muscle size than ever before. When I was in my early 20s I couldn't figure out why I never put on any weight. Hell I didn't remotely eat properly, nearly enough or often enough. Or feed myself after a hard workout to replenish any nutrients.
There is just so much to learn about proper nutrition and training technique for my body type not the genetically gifted. I'm always looking to see when IA posts something new.
Tweetnice post skar
Tweetgood post skar you are maturing before our eyes!
If bigger is better then im better than ever !
