      im in my 6th week... cycle goin good .. up 27lbs so far.. and im takin 10mg nolva ED too..

      any way, i feel like im pretty tired and lazy ... i sleep like 12 hours in 24 hours... and then when i wake up i workout and when workin out i dont have that anger and tempo ... i dunno why, i mean strength is good and increasing but im not workin out like an animal ... what could be the reason? im on 500 test and 400 eq btw.. went off the Ds 1.5 week ago

      I was thinking may be its the extra 27lbs that im carrin? i thought i should give my self a kick by takin energy pills before workout ... is it safe to do so ? i dont want heart problems..

      probably the extra weight. Dropping the dbol might have something to do with it too.

      i have some days where i feel less driven. but it hasnt ever gone one for more than one day at a time. you're not depressed about anything are you?

      take an eca before you work out, it will help with energy....remember you are 27lbs heavier now than before which can make you more tired....are you holding a lot of water?

      I feel really tired somedays too, bro. I haven't been doing any extra activities, other than lifting much heavier and longer during my workouts. So, maybe that is the culprit. But, I suppose it may also be because I am carrying so much more weight.

      u know what bros.. i thought about it.. and i realized this shity feelins started when i used sleeping aid to go to sleep ... yes i had like 11 -12hrs of sleep but i think they make me feel tired and dead the rest of the day... so last night i was up till 5am and i only got like 6 hrs of sleep so im hopin tonight ill be sleepin w/o sleepin pills...

      i really think these pills had some thing to do w/ this ill let u guys know

      I take 25mg amytriptolean (sp) (a generic elevil). I use it since I will lay in bed thinking for hours before falling asleep. It only lasts 8 hours max. But I always take it about 10 hours before I have to wake up.

      Also I found when I tries some other knock out sleep aids that I was groogy and out of it all the next day.

      Stay off them or tak a small dose along time before your gonna get up.
