      Little help from the experts please! =)

      I've ran 2 Test only cycles in the last 2 years, test prop, and test cyp. I've seen good results from both but definitely wanting to add more mass. I was thinking something along the lines of a long ester test (test E or sust etc) with deca, or prop with EQ. I'm 21 years old about 5'5 around 155 pounds. I do happen to have a 10ml of deca sitting around, but am very weary of deca dick and other sides associated with deca. However, I can sell the deca fairly easily if need be.

      I'm not trying to flame you bro, but you're only 21yrs old, you've done 2 cycles and you're still only 155lbs? You must not be doing something right. Please layout the length of your cycles what did you do for pct and what was your diet like? After you answer these questions then we'll be able to help you plan your next cycle.

      Again I see a few more things I didn't like in your post bro. You say you want to use long esters but you mention using prop and sust which sust has prop in it that needs to be shot eod.

      I actually started out in the gym around 135 pounds, so I have made SOME progress. I'm finishing the test prop right now and have about 4 weeks left. The cyp was the only cycle previous to the prop im taking now. And like someone had mentioned with the cyp, I was still pretty uneducated at the time on gear and ran to short of a PCT, which lost most of my gains. Since then ive tried to edujcate myself, and once again id like to thank everyone for the constructive feedback.

      I'd like to think I have a decent diet, but maybe im not consuming enough calories?

      I think you should stick with another test only this time and do it right and with a good pct! Have your calories right and your protien right! try to get down about 300g protien a day and do about 400-500mg week of cyp or test e for 10-12 weeks. make sure you lift hard and get your sleep. you should grow nice on that!!! PCT make make or break some cycles. Doing a good pct can help you feel better and keep your gains much better. allot of guys stop eating when they get to pct, dont do that keep eating and hitting it hard all the way though pct and you will like it much better. It works for me this way!

      First things first:
      10ml of Deca is not enough to run a cycle with. So leave the deca out unless you can get more. But deca is a perfect long ester to run if you have enough. If you want a basic mass adding cycle, and you've already got 2 cycles under your belt, you can never go wrong with cyp or enth, and dbol. Simple, inexpensive, and works damn good. And like Skar the pink headed monster said, EAT!!!

      I definitely learned from the Cyp and have 3 weeks of clomid on hand for when I finish the prop. Thanks again for the advice!

      You'll need more clomid than that. Dont neglect your pct . As for the rest I agree with the above.

      What is your training and diet like specificly? Also what were your mgs/wk on the test in your previous cycles. At 5'5" id say after two cycles you should be at least at 175lbs.

      Currently with the prop im injecting 1cc every 3rd day. I keep a relatively high protein diet and was consuming 1 gram per pound of body weight, which according to BigMofo I need even more. I try to eat fresh fruits with every meal and take a GNC mega men multi-vitamin. As far as my training im in the gym sun-thurs for about an hour, possibly an hour and a half depending on what I do that day. I've tried to focus on volume, more reps but still with somewhat heavy weight. I'd really like to get to the bottom of what im doing wrong, its really frustrating! Thanks for the replies folks.

      First off, 1cc eod, not every 3rd day. Prop is a fast acting ester. Secondly, you know it should be AT LEAST 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Ideally, 2grams per pound is better. Read Iron Addicts forum for training tips, or basskilleronline.com. You should be doing between 6-10 reps for maximum strength AND muscle gains. I see guys in my gym do 4 sets of max reps for like 3 lifts per set. I laugh. You're not getting dick out of that except a torn pec muscle. Believe me, we all started somewhere. Most of us started with an ion of knowlege. But from reading, asking, and trial and error, you'll see what works best for you. From your most recent post, it sounds like you may need to change your eating. Fresh fruits are nice, but not rich of proteins or calories. I'm not a fan of working out every day. Even though you may not be working the same muscle group day after day, your nervous system needs a break. So eod is a great way to start.
