      This is a stupid question, but i just wanna make sure i got the definitions right, between a bulking cycle and a cutting cycle. I'm trying to decide what to do now.

      right now my stats are as follows:
      5'11
      214lbs
      guessing 15%BF give or take.
      16inch arms
      37inch waist :-(

      i posted earlier about going to take a fina/prop/eq cycle, but i thought about doing an enan/eq cycle now and then a fina/prop/winny cycle. What do you think? I just wanna make sure i do it right the first time

      Please be gentle with a newbie. Your Info in much appreciated =)

      btw my first cycle was just deca200 for 8weeks.

      For your 1st time a test enanthate and eq would be a great choice

      weeks 1-10 test e 500mgs
      weeks 1-10 eq 400mgs
      don't forget that your post cycle stuff is just as important.Make sure u have everything before u start,anti e's,needles, supplements and whatever u want to add.Good luck

      Also if your diet is good a test e/eq cycle isn't much of a bulkin cycle,I always define a cycle around diet,I mean I have done test e and eq before and leaned out a little with a decent diet.

      test/eq cycles are excellent, however, make sure you take time off between the bulking and cutting cycles to restart natural test production. Also look into getting some clen for cutting, it works very well. good luck

      exact same cycle i was thinking of. Should my diet consist of low-carbs, low-fat, high protein. Last cycle i went from a 34 waist to 38. I ate like crap and now i feel really guilty, but i got bigger =)

      thanx for the advice bigsoda, and i'll make sure to post before and after pics.

      hmm clen, i've heard a lot about it, but i've never taken the time to research on it. Any site you could point out off the top of your head, that would have some more info on it?

      thats tight. what did your diet consist of? Also , how many times a week do you guys work abs? They're such a pain in the ass

      I'm probably not the best guy for the diet part,there r a few or a guess alot of guys better in that section,post in the nutrition forum and you;ll get more hits,also depends on your goals--gain weight of tightin up some?

      I ate ok,I seem to lose weight pretty easy,as for abs I start workin them in feb every year and just do them every third day,lower and upper.

      They r both not 17aa winny is but fina is not,and if I were u I would keep them seperate since this is your 1st real go around,no need to rush you will gain nicely off of test/eq.
