Ok... my chest and tri work out> i noted the whole workout last night and now i kind of want feedback. Not for any specific reason, but i am at a point where at the peak of my cycle, i don't really pass the max of my previous cycle.

So this is last night, a typical chest/tri workout...in order from start to finish:

And I usually don't have a spotter...so on flat bench, i can't really try for last one.

      Flat bench:

      180x15...warm up
      250x12
      290x8
      325x5
      350x1

      Incline with dumbells:
      65's x15
      80 x 12
      100x 8
      120x 4

      Incline flies:
      55's x 12
      75 x 10
      95 x 10
      105 x 6

      Seated flies (machine)
      120 x 12
      140x 10
      160 x 6
      170 x 3

      Flat close-grip (smith machine)

      135x12
      160x 9
      175x 7
      200 x 3

      Skull crushers:

      75x 12
      95 x 8
      105 x 6
      105x 3
      105 x 2

Dips...no weight added, just my body weight, i'm usually burnt by this point, but i pump out 3 sets,

      i got last night, 1 set 15
      1 set 12
      1 set 7

      and i'm sore...

The heavy weights look great, it's lots of volume, but if you can handle it that's great
