TweetOkay here is the deal,
Birth Control Pill negatively affects my girl. We are contemplating her getting a IUD. But before we do that I want to get a fertility test. Cause I really don’t think I am fertile and if I am not then there is no need to do all this other B.S.
Question:

TweetDont count on it as male birth control. I was on over a year straight when my daughter was concieved. 6 months of that time at very high doses.

TweetHave the sperm anylisis done first, and just use condoms in the mean time. Are you totally against using them? They have the implants for women, but i don't know enough about them to comment.

TweetHave her get the IUD. My on/off gf just got one because all other forms of birth control give her migraines. The IUD is very uncomfortable for about a month, but it is good for 4 years. Any questions let me know and I'll put you in touch with her.
Although there's at least one study out there that says test is as effective as the pill, no way in H-E-double hockey sticks would I count on it. I had friend that did and regretted it. I kind of view it as backup birth control.
It's friggin' 2005, when is science going to come up with a male birth control pill already? Too busy not curing cancer and aids I guess.

my concern is that if I go have the fertility test while on and I come back a false negative -- then thinking I am shooting blanks plant a big ole load of fertilizer and out pops a kid.
