#1, Do a search and see if your question has been answered. In particular, you can learn a lot from reading comments about other cycles that have been posted. It gives you a greater context and gives you a feel how some here think.
#2, If you post a cycle, be sure to include the following.
a. Age
b. How much you weigh
c. How long you've been training
d. Previous cycle experience
e. A basic idea of your training and eating plan/diet
f. Any specific concerns you have
If you include all of this information, you will get thorough answers and the members here can help you much more quickly.
For the members that read this now, if someone comes on the board and does not give us the info, please point them to this post!
