TweetAnybody have similar conditions. I recently finished a good 8 month cycle. I thought it might be a good time to take a brake and heal up. BUT, now I feel like someone has beaten the shit out of me. All my joints ache and I do mean all of them: knees, elbows, wrists, fingers, thumbs, back...... I've cut back on heavy training, too. Any thoughts, ideas or helpful suggestions. Thanks.

a lean 260.
First few months was:
250 mg Enanth every other day.
100 mg Prop everyother day.
25mg Dbol every day.
Then switched later to:
75 - 100 mg Fina every other day.
250mg Cyp every other day.
and 100 mg Deca for last month of cycle.

TweetCould be overtraining, using too heavy of weights for an extended period of time, or possibly not taking proper supplements. Try taking some flax oil caps or CLA with at least 1200mgs of a good combination of EFA's. You can also implement Glucosimine and Condroitin or MSM. Try this first before resorting to prescription meds, and remember to get proper rest. Prehaps you are extending your cycles for too long a period, but other than that you are not taking too high of dosages, so i don't think that is a problem.
