      12pm protein shake 25g
      2pm turkey or chicken sandwhich

      7pm dinner-chiken,steak,pasta
9pm i eat leftovers from dinner
11pm sandwich or cake or cookies(i know this last snack is a bad idea)

i work out 5 days a week 1 body part a day heavy and hard, cardio 3 times a week half hour.
i would like to get to 190-200 in the single digit bodyfat also might add some goodies in the near future.

cookies? cookies? do you drink a glass of warm milk too little boy?

Your carb intake times make no sense. You should ingest carbs around workouts if trying to cut. You are also getting to many refined carbs (bread, COOKIES!) Too many sandwitches. Not a good BBer diet bro. I would re-evaluate the whole thing.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

Here is my cutting diet. Don't know if it helps, but here you go.

      Meal 1: Solid food
12 Egg Whites 2/3 slices of Turkey Bacon

      Meal 2: Shake
      50g pro/1tbs flax oil

      Meal 3: Solid food
      10-12oz Chicken breast

      Meal 4: Same as 2

      Pre Workout: Apple

      Workout

      Meal5: Post workout Shake
      35g Pro/75g dextrose

      Meal 6: Solid Food
      8oz Chicken Breast
35-45g complex carbs (mostly oat bran)

Low intensity cardio for 45-1 hour in the morning and another 45-1hr at night.

Saturday - "semi-clean Cheat day" Basically up the overall intake but keep it fairly clean. I also allow myself 1 cheat meal.

i like goliath jrs. diet, except i would move the oat bran to breakfast. For a few carbs for the first solid meal after your post workout, try a cup and a half of skim milk instead. Its only like 18g of carbs, and you get some slow releasing casein. Also, be sure to have a bedtime snack of FF cottage cheese, or a whey casein protein shake, to prevent nightime catabolsim, especially when cutting

That would work as well. I don't agree with the milk (milk is for babies, not BBers ), but hey, each is own. Honestly, diet is SUCH an idividual thing. What works for me may not work at all for 9 out of 10 other guys...
