  • What's the best for pure muscle growth?

    Well, I've read alot and heard a couple of things. One is that doing a 3 second negative and 3 seconds back up is the best to put on the most muscle, Ive also heard 3 seconds down and up as fast as you can. What, in your opinion, is the best for packing on muscle? Include reps, sets, weight, time for negative, etc. Thanks in advance.

    PLinng/Power BUilding packs on the muscle fastest, IMO... oh btw... I vary EVERYTHING in my routine. .. i think the best is coming down slowly (controlled) and explode up..although theres some more stuff you can do. vary the rep range depending on lots of variable, etc

      shocking ur system as much as possible, change is up as often as u can, AND GO HEAVY. muscle growth loves high calories
