weird chest soreness?

i train chest once a week. on my first set not matter what exercise it may be. It feels like I did a hundred reps b4 i even started, they feel sore and fatiqued, this has happened for a while now. No strength loss. I started taking prohormes 8 weeks ago or so, I've been doing more weight, but now when i start i have this sore feeling, i had to stop doing chest today thinking i should give more rest? I train chest once a week mind, so it gets 7 days of rest. it's just odd.
anyone have any clue what is happening here?
