Tweethi i was thinking of running my next cycle for 12 weeks i have been off for 8 months and my last cycle was for 12 weeks,
week 1-5 30mg ed d'bol
week 1-12 500mg e/w sust
week 1-12 4ml e/w deca
i want to vary this cycle as i want to gain about 7-8lb of lean muscle but dont want to carry much water so want to replace the deca for something else, what do you all suggest? i was thinkin along the lines of
week 1-5 30mg ed d'bol
week 1-12 500mg e/w test
week 1-12 500mg e/w eq
am open to any suggestios and alterations, i have been dieting and watching what i eat for the last 8 week, and have dropped from 18% bf to around 12-13% bf, so like i said, i want to gain aobut 8lb of good muscle by the end of my cycle. im 24 5'10 and around 185lb.

Tweetbro, if you're worried about water then the deca is the least of your concerns with that cycle...
if you want to do deca/dbol/test then water retention really shouldn't be a concern... it's part of the package.
you can limit water retention with adex however... but this will limit your gains.
i would do something like tbol/eq/test instead if you don't want to hold too much water.

Tweetrun ldex or aroma thruout for sure! Id chuck the dbols, you don't want bloat with a lm cycle. Try the tbols or use prop to jumpstart. Id run some stan towards the end of the cycle, say 40-50mg ed wks 10-14.

your tbol dosage would be much higher than dbol; 50-60mg/day is good.

TweetYes, if you use the tbols in the beginning, there is no need for the prop, but i would run the prop 75mg eod and lower dosage of test e for the first 5 wks. But, with the tbols, start them in the beginning of cycle @ 50mg ed and after 2-3wks if you want up to 60mg ed and run them at least 6 wks. I ran them in my last cycle 7wks. You will like how they tighten and harden you up.
Tweetmake sure you get some liver protection if you decide to take the orals. Also most otc liver protection iemilk thistle, cranbery extract) takes several weeks before you will reciceve the full beneifit of them so start taking them at least 2 or 3 weeks before you begin your cycle and drink tons of water, which also help you keep it a lean mass cycle.

is that any better?? i will of course eat clean and keep up cardio 3-4 times week @ 45 mins a time, at the same time drinking plenty of water. hows that look??
