Yeah, I'm asking about it. I hate to do it and rarely ever do - mainly just on leg days. But it shows. I have trouble reaching the back of my dress shirts to adjust my collar sometimes even. I know for health and many other reasons I need to start. I really only know a few good stretches. Any one have any good suggestions or know of a good guide where I could get some more ideas?
