I did two little experiments over the last bunch of months. I acheived an excellent rebound effect by depriving myself of nutrients. I completed the whole first experiment(rebound then cycle) a few months ago and am 3 weeks into the second one(natural rebound).

I tried this because i was taking too much juice, trying 100% and not getting gains that were anything great. I had done a 8 week cycle Test/Deca/Drol and was up 5lbs at the end.

This was my first experiment: 6 weeks of nutrient deprivation followed by 10 week cycle. this is how it went:

      Stats before nutrient deprivation: 5"10 230lbs 15%bf… Arms:17.5”, Chest: 48”, waist: 35”, Forearm: 12.5”, Calf: 17”, Neck 18”, thigh: 27”

Prior to week one 1000 cals above maintenance 3500cals

      Week 1: 90% of maintenance: 2250 cals. 35g gat, 250g protein, 245g carbs.

      Week 2: 80% of maintenance: 2000 cals.45g fat, 200 prot, 200 carbs

      Week 3: 70% maint. 1750 cals.45 fat, 175 prot, 175 carbs

      Week 4: 60% maintenance. 1500 cals. 40 fat, 150 prot, 150 carbs

      week 5: 50% maintenance. 1250 cals. 40 fat, 125 prot, 100 carbs

      Week 6-7: 40% of maintenance. 1000 cals.40 fat, 80 prot, 70 carbs.

      I also incorporated a mild eph/caff: 50mg/300mg
      Cardio 3 times per week
80% of fat was from omega 3's

      Stats after nutrient Deprivation: 5”10, 210lbs, 10%bf…Arms:17”, Chest: 47”, waist: 32”, forearm: 12”, calf: 16.5”, Neck 16”, thigh: 26.25”

      Then I started cycle: Test@ 1200mg, Fina@ 150mg ed, Dbol@ 50mg ed for 10 weeks

Caloric intake at beginnging was mainenatnce. I increased by 10% every month until week 5 where I reached 50% more than my maintenance and leveled off at 4750 cals.

      Prot/Carb/Fat intake went from 50/30/20 to 55/25/20 to 60/30/10 to 50/40/10 to 40/40/20 to 40/50/10.

      Stats at end of cycle(was my 6th cycle): 5”10 235lbs 8%bf…. Arms 19”, Chest 50.5”, waist 32”, forearm: 13.25”, Calf: 18”, Neck: 18”, Thigh: 28”

I then repeated the same experiment and I am 3 weeks in and natural. So far bodyfat is still 8% and I am up 5lbs. I’ll update you guys later with measurements and final resulats after 6 weeks.

      Interesting.

I have actually done something along the lines of this but not as perfectly calculated as you. That's why when I tell people my diets are sometimes "extreme" they definately are. This past diet that I have been on(not completely consistent though as of now) I lost over 22 pounds of bf(4 weeks was without the juice. The other 3 weeks so far was with winny.) I dietied pretty extreme but lost alot of good weight and BARELY any strength. Now that I am on a good test cycle I am constantly fluctuating again between more eating and less eating. I will do this until I am as lean as I possibly want to be. By summer I will definately be ready.

This works well because the best time to start a cycle is right after cutting. You body will respond much better to the increase in food after being deprived.
