TweetHey guys, I was just wondering if anyone else but me is embarrassed to scream while lifting in a public gym? I feel that screaming helps me when I am in my basement working out, but when I am in a public gym I just breath real hard eventhough I think grunting and yelling helps me get the weight up. Anyone else feel this way? Is anyone here so confident that they ignore everyone around them and yell as loud as they want? Let the people of fitnessgeared know.
