TweetWell its my first post at this website. Im coming to you from a small base in eastern afghanistan. In my down time about the only thing to do here is lift weights so im working out a lot. i work out 4 times a week. Its a small gym with not much stuff but i got a bench, with barbells and a full set of dumbells and a squat rack so i can pretty much do everything i need to do. I drink about 3 protien shakes a day with 50 grams each. I just started taking no-xplode, and im also on tribulis, HMB, and zma. I have DHEA but not sure if i should take it, im kinda worried, i have heard mixed things about it. Well its good to be on this message board. Just to let you know about me. Im in the U.S army i work on a small team and im currently attached to a marine infantry unit here. So i do a lot of hikes in the mountains with them. I get out of this stinking country not long after the turn of the year. Im 21 years old im 5'10 200lbs, my max bench is 265. The goal is 300 by january. I think i can do it. Well thanks everbody.
