TweetCardio is good. But overall having a good clean diet is MUCH better. Add the 2 though and you have a winning combo.
Lucky me though I don't have to do cardio to get cut. Just a good clean diet(with cheat meals here and there) and a moderate amount of thermogenics and I'm set.
Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......

If you thinking gear, anything will do. Im use anadrol and winny right now. Going to get some cyp and tren soon and some EQ. The one thing I have to watch is the stuff that makes me HUNGERY! Eq for example, I have to use it in FARILY low doses to keep the hunger at bay.
