that happened to me once before with pulldowns. it's been 5 years or so, so i don't remember exactly how it happened, but i think i finished my set, went to stand up using the weight stack to pull me, and either the pin came out or the cable snapped (can't remember). i fell on my ass in front of the whole cardio section full of chicks.

i was just like : "thank you very much! i'm here all week, so tell your friends" or some shit like that. that way it felt like everyone was laughing at my joke instead of me lol...

i could have easily smashed my face/nose on that move. luckily the bar hit my chest and thats what sent me back.
