Tweeti need to do a low dose cycle that doesnt make me shed to much hair. Im an experienced gear use but have never used deca before. DO you guys think if i use 300-400 mgs a week for 8-12 weeks i can avoid shedding to much, or is there a better steroid for this? ALso what can i take to help prevent the infamous deca dicK, or is that hyped up more than is really true? Thanks for the help fellas.

General rule of thumb is 2mg per lb of bodyweight. I have done a deca only cycle before for 14 weeks, and yes, I had a hard time getting a hard on afterwards because of Endogenous testosterone levels. If you're gonna do a deca only cycle, studies show 3 weeks after your last shot is the best time to start post cycle therapy to get the balls working again.
Just curious, but why do you say you need to do a "Low Dose" cycle?

Does anyone know if deca is harsh on the hair? i was thinking about 300-400 mgs a week. im 24 weigh around 200-205 5'9" 3 cycles under the belt last one over a year ago. 7 years lifting experience. I want to get my bench back up to 405 lbs and just gain a little size.

TweetBro, deca dick is for real! I took deca and test and still had it a little bit. You gotta run test with it to keep the libido in check and besides you will get better gains by stacking the two, but then again I don't know what your goals are.

Tweetdeca isnt an oral. And the reason im steering away from test is b/c its pretty harsh on my hair and would like to avoid it if i can. I havent seen to much info on deca being harsh on the hair. I was thinking about adding some hcg to prevent the deca dick, but if people convince me its that bad i guess i wont do it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

TweetYes. 400mg a week at 12 weeks is an OK cycle to do. Deca is safe on the hair line. Just get your PCT in check before you start. 3 weeks after your last injection, start taking clomid. Your lovely golden locks should be fine. Fuzo, is that you?

TweetMost ppl get deca dick even if they use the test alittle bit, depending on the dosage. I know your supposed to run test higher, but if you are looking for low dosage, i would run the deca @ 300mg/wk and run at least 300mg/wk of the test. At least even at the lower dosage of test, it should help some with the dysfunction. Maybe after about 4 wks start hcg of 500IU on sat/sun and up till a wk before pct.

You'll be shut down even if you use as little as 200mgs a week. You can do it by itself but I would add test in there personally.
