Aerobics: a series of strenuous exercises which help convert fats, sugars, and starch into aches, pains and cramps! (that's why I don't do 'em LOL)
Tweetlegs, shoulders, back. everthing else sucks imo
TweetMy best are thighs, delts, upper traps and calves. Ironically, I train these the least. Seriously, here's my routine for each:
Quads- 1-2 working sets of squats, 1 working set of 1-leg step ups
Hams- 2 working sets of stiff legs (every 3rd workout I add 2 sets of leg curls)
Calves- 1 working set of a straight leg (knee locked) calf extension & 1 working set of a bent knee
Traps - 2 working sets of some kind of shrug
Delts - 2 working sets of a press, a lateral raise and rear delt exercise.
On the flip side, muscle that need to catch these muscles I have to do more to get them to grow. This is also why I do less on my stronger areas. It looks real dumb to have softball size delts with baseball bat arms, if you know what I mean.
TweetI've changed my mind, Prion...it's your shoulders. Everybody, Prion trains delts with standing military press so he can work his core stabilizers at the same time! On me, it's my chest. I like to hit it with 10 sets of flat bench...anything after that is just for piece of mind.
On a side note, my traps are pretty decent, too, but I never train them. I mean NEVER. Your strengths and weaknesses are all a matter of genetics, anyways, so it doesn't really matter WHAT you do to train them, as long as you can put enough size on your weakest areas to get them to blend it. I said it! I said it, everyone I said it!
