For example:
Cereal is a terrible option. Go with oats, splenda, and cinnamon.
TweetI am about to start my 3rd week of 450mg/decaweek 600mg/cyp/week and 30mg/day/dbol strenght is up but no real weight gain only 4lb i am sure its all water form da d-bol just want to make sure i am consuming enough cals to get the weight up...heres how my meal plan looks like each day
6:00am cereal + shake(2 scoops of whey + tbs of Flax oil)
8am granola bar and a fruit
10am bagel with turkey or ham a yogurt and some nuts
1pm lunch always a big meal like chicken potatoes and vegies usually or steak always some kind of meat
2-2:30 some more nuts
4-4:30 another big meal similar to my lunch
7-7:30 after workout shake(2 scoops of whey + tbs of Flax oil)
9pm 2 slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter and a fruit
10-10:30pm before bed shak(2 scoops of whey + tbs of Flax oil)

TweetI love grape nuts for a cereal great fiber and lots of comblex carbs...how many grams of carbs, protein, and fat are you getting in? cant really tell unless you give numbers

TweetDepends on what kind of cereal hes eating. I eat Cascadian Farms "Hearty Morning" and it is all organic, with wheat as well as oat bran. Of course i eat eggs and have a shake also.

TweetF*ck that shit. If you are trying to gain, eat everything in front of you including your keyboard. The point I'm trying to make is stop counting calories here and there and comparing brands. Stick with the sh*t your grandfather loved. Egg whites, oatmeal, steaks, salmon fillets, chicken breast fillets, and plenty of water. Eat a combination of these until you almost feel like throwing up. Do it 8 - 10 times a day and see what kind of results you get. :-)

If you have to ask if your eating enough your not.. lol Honestly though if your looking to bulk then pick you up a weight gainer and try to eat 6 or 7 meals a day to start off. Keep track of your calories and set a goal of how many you want to get in throughout the day and don't stop until you reach them. We could go into alot more detail but this is basic bulking ideas. EAT EAT EAT.. Good luck
