Tweetwell i have been on no carbs for 5 weeks and am down 26lbs.........15 more then i can eat normal again
TweetThere's so many diet's out there it's really confusing when trying to pick the right one. What type of diet is the best for ULTIMATE FATLOSS for a bodybuilder? I've read about so many. TKD ,CKD ,MKD ,Atkin's ,Mr.X's "The NOT so Natural FAT-FAST diet!" ,ect.... or would just your basic high protein ,low fat ,and carbs diet be the best? Im looking for MAXIMUM FATLOSS ,a diet that could also be used during contest preperation. All without the usual fatloss aid's such as DNP ,clen ,bromo ,T3 ect... Im not against using these fatloss aid's ,I just want to know what the best diet is for fatloss before adding such thing's into the mix. I want to get my bodyfat percentage as low as I possibly can "naturally" (hopefully around 6-7%) before I start to use thing's like DNP ,clen ,T3 ,ect... to get my bodyfat to an insanely low level such as a TRUE 4% or so. I dont need help planning a diet for myself ,I can do that just fine once I figure out which diet I want to do. I just need help deciding which diet to go with. Again Im looking for a bodybuilder's diet that will result in MAXIMUM FATLOSS. Im not too concerned with muscle loss as I will use AAS to combat that. Any help any of you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Tweet your right kid. what works for one person might or might not work for you. what are your stats? I mean the way you sound, well damn, don't eat anymore j/k. Maximum fat loss? Well you seem to know what your talking about, have you experimented some diets yet? Well I guess you have and they haven't worked or you wouldn't be asking the question. What kind of eating habits do you have? How's the cardio? Again, stats would be great.
TweetCut your carbs out and do cardio at least 3-4 times a week for 40 minutes preferably in the morning. Supplement with good fat like olive oil, flax or cla and keep your protein high. Add glutamine in to preserve muscle and that is the best "natural" advice i can give you. Xenadrine would also help. Dont forget your multivitamins either.Originally posted by Capricorn_Mike

TweetIf you eat ZERO carbs you will lose fat so fast your head will spin! You can keep your calories moderate and your protein very high. Drink a ton of water, and do your cardio first thing every morning. If you throw in some stacker and some clen you will be a fat burning machine!
Tweetwhat the hell do you eat? you must have a lot of time on your hadns.....Originally posted by bigjim33

TweetI've done the low carb diet and it's totally made me feel sluggish and low in energy. If you can deal with that, then it's a good way to go for losing some fat.
TweetGet a smak 20 done and a free syrum test bloodwork done.
and a threeway thyroid analysis...see where u stand.
then the 6 meal hi-pro diet (starch in the morn and lunch) , no carbs at the last meal diet should do the job.
eh, like this
8eggwhite/starch (i.e.oats)
low carb shake 45grams
8ounce lean meat/starch/veg
8ouncelean/veg/little or no starch
regular muscle dinner
low carb shake
course I could be wrong...
the information given here is from a fictitous image of false creation and does not exist! I have majical powers too.
TweetBigjim are your workouts suffering at all with the no carb diet?
TweetMilk diet worked for me. I eat Kashi cereal for breakfast (high fiber high protein) and eat a very small lunch (small protein bar or something) and the same for dinner. The only catch is that I put down a Gallon of milk (1 cup every hour) a day, aside from that which I use for protein drinks (post workout) and cereal. 1% milk
TweetI only do that in extreme cases though
Tweeti use the no carb diet and get cutt up and my workouts do not suffer , i stay on whinny and about 400grms protein ed and take eca -nyc and do wonderful

Milk is not good for P.W. shake. Slows absorbtion.
