TweetLets see about 5 years ago I started usesing aas. I did about 5 cycles. They cosisted of winny,test,deca,dbol.and hgh. July 28 04 I got hurt and had a fusion done on c5 c6 . Oh I forgot at the end of the cycles I was 250 to 260. Anyway Im about 203 now I really dont care to get back up to 260 but wouldnt mine being 230 to 235 but I wont it to be nothing but muscle. I have some oxandering that the doc gave me I think there 2.5 .I know that I will soon be getting somthing else but before I do just wondering what I should get and maybe some workout tips. Thanks in advanced

Tweeti would recommend just taking the anavar the doc has prescribed... and take it slow and easy. your tendons have most likely weakened during your recovery, and jumping on a bunch of AAS will make you strong enough to injure them... you definitely don't want to do that as it will set you back even further. plus, AAS work best on trained muscles.
just take the next 3-4 months to stretch yourself out, get used to the movements again, and strengthen your connective tissues. this will also give you time to sort your diet out if you want to be a hard, dry 230.
this way, when you finally do use (other than what the doc has prescribed), you will get alot more for your $$$ while avoiding injury.
