Topical Fat Breakdown Creams???????
TweetMy boss eats right and works out regularly. However she is having trouble with hip fat. Has anyone had experience with LEGAL supplements that are supposed to break up the fat? Seems like I read about a topical cream that supposedly broke down the fat cells.

Tweeti think all they do is take the subcontaneous water out of the area it'son. if thats actuallyt he case u prob have to be pretty lean anyhow.... i know i say this 100 tim a day but i SWEAR dieting works lol
