      i tried to inject 2day my deca and test, but damn i couldn't poke myself..my ass is so hard..i mean most of the fat is gonna(from the clen and getting very strayeted.....sp?) and it hurts like shit so i skipped my shot adn gonna try to do it this evening..

      Why don't you rotate then? Try the quads, calfs, delts, bi's, tri's, lats(my fav), chest(sometimes hurts)......Rotate the site !!!

      i do from glutes to shoulders and cehst..but chest is hurting and no way i;am injecting..in biceps i can't..22222 many veins and i hit those damn veins all the time..and triceps i do..no calves nor lats..I CAN;T REACH SONNY
