Tweetmy thoughts too...dust in the fan is the first thing i would look at for the humming. get a can of air at office depot and spray off all the dust inside the case. see if that helpsOriginally Posted by Equalizer

TweetRemove the fan Blow the dust off the fan then Peel the sticker on the fan remove the rubber plug and drop one drop of 3 in 1 oil in and replace rubber plug and press the stickers back on and reinstall the fan. Good as new.
