      okay

Here is how to make enough chicken for the week. It is time consuming, but worth it,

I buy chicken breast with bone and skin at walmart for $1.61 a pound

I grill up about 8 breast (don’t over cook because you will be cooking it again), I use no seasoning, let cool

Pull off the skin and separate the meat from the bone

Cut up the chicken in small pieces (this is the ***** part)

Place in an oven safe container and pour your favorite bbq sauce, I prefer Sonny’s brand

Cook for 20 to 30 minutes at about 400 degrees

Let cool, now weigh and divide into Tupperware, you are set

Lord, make me strong, and let the weak find comfort in my strength.

Ok, get some fajita seasoning, chunky salsa (1 jar), chicken (3 lbs), pinto beans (3 cans) and "Basmati" rice (3 servings). Use Basmati rice because it is lowest on the glycemic index list for rice.

Start cooking the rice (3 servings) first, it will take like 25 minutes.
Season the chicken with the fajita seasoning and bake for like 20 minutes, or until done.
Heat the pinto beans on low until hot.

When the chicken is done, cut it into bite size peices. Then weight it out into 6 seperate 1/2 pound portions. Put the portions in sealable bowls (rubbermaid, tupperware). Then evenly divide the rice into the 6 bowls. Then divide the pinto beans into the 6 bowls. Then add the salsa to personal taste. I like about 2-3 tablespoons per bowl. Mix all the ingredients.

Each bowl will have 1/2 lb chicken, 1/2 serving of rice (which is enough), pinto beans for fiber and additional protein and carbs, and salsa which has several different veggies in it.

You can also do this with Flank Steak, which is how I prefer it, but it cost more.

Not with mine. The pinto beans and rice keep the flavor the same. Add the salsa after you heat it up and it will taste fresh.
