      Just got my bloodwork done and my ldl is 200 and hdl 5. The doc want's to redo the test and said he's never seen hdl that low before, have any of you ever had this happen or heard of it? Thanks.

      yup, that was fasting. I've done a little reading on the net about it and apparently I gotta quit smoking (love black and milds untipped) and prolly need to start taking niacin.

      cardio will increase hdl....ldl needs to drop a bit but that hdl neds to get up alot

      That is a crazy reading for sure kite. Keep us posted onhow it goes. Have you been on cycle lately? Been taking anything that could contribute to the low reading?

      That's not too healthy bro. Start doing cardio and eat more vegies. Try taking Red Rice Yeast and guggulsterones. I've been taking that for the past couple months. I'll go get some blood work done next month to see if it helped at all.
