TweetI NEVER REALIZED JUST HOW MUCH MASS YOU COULD LOSE HAVING TO STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF A CYCLE HAVE SURGERY AND THEN NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING REALLY BUT SIT ON YOUR ASS FOR A MONTH.
I DONT EVEN LOOK LIKE I WORK OUT ANYMORE. THIS SUCKS. COME MONDAY THOUGH IM BACK IN DER

TweetI know how it is bro. I still weigh about 225-230, but my body composition has changed quite a bit in the last few months. I still look like I work out, but damn . . . compared to what I used to look like . . . its tough.

Tweetslow and easy bro. i know the temptation is great, but you definately don't need an injury right now. it comes back very quick. muscle memory is cool as hell.
