If bigger is better then im better than ever !
Tweeteverytime i train , i get sore for the next 3 days or 2 days..no matter what i do..but i lift super heavy..i dunno how much u are lifitng SM?
Tweetif i am not a little sore the next day i feel like i didn't do enough and get pissed at myself
TweetI have been getting pissed because I cant get my shoulders very sore at all. I go until failure 4 sets for 2-4 exercises, and even dedicated a whole day to shoulders so I give them enough attention but still no DOMS 2 days later! I like it when I am sore it makes me know I am getting somewhere
Tweetexactly ...for shoulders i usually add something different to my shoulder routine every couple weeks just to keep them guessing and i am sore the next 2 days when i do that.Originally Posted by geesler
TweetI will have to try that. ITs like every other part of me can get sore jsut from going to failure BUT shoulders
Tweeti don't liek to failure
Tweetthats how i get too.Originally Posted by snickers1
TweetDOMS is over-rated and should not be your goal. It is okay to get sore, but soreness is not an indicator of a quality workout
