TweetIt's good to see what your results are as I remember reading at AR when you started. I like the weight gain that put on as that definately a reasonable amount...I won't ask you about the brand you used as I already know
The prop should only be in your system about 3-7 days (min:max)
Remember now to take it a bit easy in the gym and not to overdue it...bring the intensity down a bit and don't try to over maintain what you gained in the weight room as you'll set yourself up for a crash. Make sure you take in enough calories to fuel your extra 18lbs and you'll be alright.
